Description:
The Older Adult Resource Network is working to engage community partners to address key barriers to care that older adults and families face. The goal of the new project is to help older adults in Douglas and Charles Mix Counties access services and supports to successfully age at home. The project will establish a network of stakeholders to optimize solutions to address gaps in care for older adults, including: social isolation, transportation, food security, healthcare navigation, and safe housing.
