Description:
Day Break Adult Services at Arise Church is a community-based service that was started in December of 2020 to allow programming to continue safely during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This program is located in Independence Plaza and offers all of the same activities and exercise that the main program provides. The ratio of staff to participant at this program allows the staff to offer person centered groups and activities based on individual likes and life experience. Individuals who attend this program are physically independent, and not considered an elopement risk. The participants form friendships and are very much like family. Nursing services and medication administration are available. In addition, a nutritious meal and afternoon snack are provided.
Participants must be preregistered.
