The Scotchman Living Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing services covering a wide range of patient needs. This 30-bed state-licensed facility is Medicaid approved. This facility is clean, friendly and community centered. Each resident is assessed for individual needs and cared for by his or her own physician. Our staff provides activities, social services and restorative therapy aids. A registered dietician regularly consults with our dietary manager to ensure proper nutrition for our residents, including those with special dietary needs. Other services offered to our residents include personal laundry, beauty salon, religious services and an exercise room. Haakon County Prairie Transportation Services has a 14-passenger handicapped-accessible bus available for transportation of our residents to outside medical appointments, social outings and religious services.
