Description:
LifeScape in Rapid City offers therapies to children and some adults on an outpatient basis, as well as providing outreach services to schools, daycare centers, and homes in western South Dakota. We also house RISE Custom Solutions, which provides orthotics, prosthetics, and wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility solutions.
