36 bed skilled nursing facility providing 24 hour care for residents. The Bowdle Long Term Care Center is attached to the Bowdle Hospital and Clinic which provides a full array of medical and specialty services that are easily accessible.
The Bowdle Nursing Home is licensed by the State of South Dakota for skilled/intermediate care and participation in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Our nonprofit facility is part of the Bowdle Healthcare Center Campus.
