Description:
St. William's is a skilled nursing facility offering skilled care and rehabilitation services. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are available. Our nursing staff provide assistance with daily care needs, IV therapy, wound care, tube feeding management and assessments and treatments as ordered by the physician. Four semi-private rooms and 52 private rooms are available on a first come basis. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are provided. Social, recreational and spiritual services are available. We offer a comfortable, clean and well-maintained facility. Services are provided by dedicated and friendly staff. We offer long term care for those unable to remain at home.
