As a Resident, you will not only enjoy all the comfort and amenities of resort-style living while maintaining your freedom and independence, but, should the need arise, will also have guaranteed access to complete professional healthcare services. Our continuum of care includes assisted living, home health care, long-term health care, and therapy services -- all on the same campus.
The Courtyard at Westhills Village offers both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. These apartments are newly built and beautifully appointed. Kitchenettes are provided with a space for your microwave, cabinet space, and a refrigerator. Every apartment also has plentiful closet space and a view of the outdoors from the bedroom.
Note that as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), generally one has to be a resident of our independent living apartments in order to qualify for the Assisted Living area and then the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Existing Residents have priority status, however if we have beds available in the SNF, we may accept residents outside of the CCRC.
Home Health and Therapy services may be available to non-residents in the surrounding community.
