LSS Better Together program establishes trusting relationships and regular social opportunities between independently living older adults and volunteers. Better Together aims to match older adults ages 65 and up, called Neighbors, with volunteers to provide socialization, encourage friendship, shared resources and build relationships. Opportunities for socialization include, visiting, errand running, attending activities in the community, etc.
