Description:
DakotAbilities provides home and community based services for people with developmental disabilities. Our service, education and training center is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We have residential services, employment training, day services, physical therapy assistance, nursing services, adaptive equipment and alternative services. Our residential service is varied and located in more than twenty areas within the community of Sioux Falls.
Eligibility Requirements: Eligible individuals with a developmental disability since birth or a disabling event prior to age 21 years.
Ages Served: Individuals between 18 and 85 years.
We are an approved education service provider through the South Dakota Department of Education. We are certified as a Community Support Provider by the South Dakota Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities
