Community Connections strives to provide the highest quality services to meet the changing needs of people with disabilities to assure that every person, regardless of ability, reaches their fullest potential. Community Connections provides services and supports to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Services include:
- Residential services
- Day program
- Vocational services
- Supported employment
- Health care coordination
We support over 50 people with a staff of 65. Our community living options include mostly apartments and only one group home. Work options for people receiving our services mainly consist of community-based jobs with many more opportunities for employment.
Community Support Providers (CSPs) in South Dakota have a long and successful history of providing the best quality services and supports to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
