Edgewood is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community that feels like home. Edgewood offers the ideal combination of living spaces, care, and amenities to promote health and well-being. 24 hour staffing is provided throughout the building, with a nurse in the building or on call at all times. Services include housekeeping, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, life enrichment activities, emergency call pendant and utilities (excluding phone) are all included with monthly rent.
Assisted Living includes studio, one bedroom or two bedroom private apartments. All apartments include a kitchenette and bathroom including shower. Memory Care offers private or companion living, along with a secured wing of the building with care provided by staff members trained in Alzheimer's and dementia care.
Short term stays and day services (hourly respite rate) are also available at Edgewood in Pierre.
Edgewood is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Health for up to 86 residents.
