Avantara Milbank offers around-the-clock nursing care; Alzheimer's care; outpatient and inpatient therapy including physical, occupational and speech therapy; dialysis support; respite care; religious services; social activities; and enhanced dining. We also offer complex nursing care needs including IV, wound care, tube feeding, and bariatric needs.
To be eligible, you must have a payer source. We accept self-payment, insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Veterans Administration.
