In the assisted living community at Trail Ridge, our Cottage provides health care support that is tailored to meet the individual needs of residents. In order to meet the needs of residents our programs address the physical, educational, social and spiritual wellbeing of individuals. Our care services are based upon resident choice, dignity, privacy, individuality and independence. Our assisted living apartments are comfortable, homey and available in a variety of floor plans. Enjoy a familiar atmosphere and the company of others in the common areas. We have a variety of activities and services planned weekly to keep residents as active as they wish to be.
Our Memory Care area enhances the services available to residents, families and seniors in the Sioux Falls area. We understand residents and families affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia and associated memory issues face certain challenges and often require special care. Trail Ridge can be a resource to help you, and your family, create a plan that is right to meet your needs.
Residents and families can choose from one of our 22 private rooms. divided into two distinct neighborhoods, this thoughtfully appointed design allows familiarity and calmness which helps meet the unique needs of individual residents. Care plans are fashioned to maintain a resident’s well-being and create an optimal safe, supportive and home-like setting.
