Palisade Healthcare Community provides many services to our residents, patients, and clients. Not only do we provide long-term care and short-term rehabilitation but we also provide Adult Day Services, Respite Services, Memory Care and have Assisted Living Rooms integrated into our facility. We also provide outpatient speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to the Garretson and surrounding community.
We pride ourselves on meeting our residents’ needs by providing onsite physician visits, onsite lab draws, onsite therapy services, and if that isn’t doable, we provide transportation to and from area clinics.
Palisade is one of the few centers in the Garretson, SD area that offers peritoneal dialysis. This allows you to receive treatment close to home instead of trekking to Sioux Falls several times a week.
