At the Fay Wookey Memorial Assisted Living and Independent Living Center, you will enjoy the same freedoms of your own home and the security of having trained professionals nearby. We have 32 beds of assisted living and 8 independent living apartments. We offer minimal assistance with activities of daily living in the assisted living. Each day we offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at no cost. We provide prescription management.
Payments accepted are insurance, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, and self-payment. In order to be eligible, your doctor must order assisted living care services. There is no restriction to populations based on age, gender, income, or family status.
