Meadow Lake Assisted Living provides assistance with daily living activities. We provide up to residents with a home like and loving environment, prescription management certified staff, 24 hour supervision, and breakfast, lunch, dinner. We are wheelchair accessible and licensed by the State of South Dakota. We have a Registered Nurse (RN) and dietitian on staff. We provide safe, quality care with a personal touch.
Payment Sources: Self Payment, Insurance Accepted, Medicaid, Veterans Administration. Eligibility Requirements: An assessment is completed to determine eligibility.
