We are a small, quiet skilled care and rehabilitation center southwest of Mitchell, SD. Christ-centered with high standards of care, with private and semi-private rooms. We offer many activities, resident outings, church services and devotions. Beautician services are available onsite. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are provided onsite. Hospice,
respite care and outpatient therapy services are also available.
Our staff are committed to maintaining an environment where people are loved, valued and at peace. Self-pay, insurance, Medicaid, Medicare & VA are accepted.
