Silver Threads is a facility offering assistance in the activities of daily living to those who are in need regardless of race, age, gender, income, national origin, ethnicity, religious affiliation, family status or physical and/or cognitive impairment.
The Assisted Living Residence provides an all around care plan. Besides the pleasant and comfortable accommodations, we provide prescription management, assistance with activities of daily living, and maintenance. We coordinate care with caretakers and medical professionals, our nurses and dietitian. The Independent Living Apartments offer maintenance with 24/7 on-call help.
If you still live at home but all of your caretakers work, the Assisted Living Adult Day Care can help out. Consider our Respite Care service or Convalesce Care if you've had recent surgery and need help with daily activities while you recuperate. We can help arrange physical and occupational therapy and will coordinate your treatment with our staff until you are ready to return home.

Eligibility: Any person requiring intermittent skilled nursing care and 24 hr. assistance with activities of daily living must meet assistance level and admittance requirements; no restrictions on age, gender, income, or family status.
