Countryside Inn Assisted Living & Memory Care is in the “family” business. We are independently owned and operated by professionals with decades of senior care experience. We are here to care for you or your family members who can no longer maintain a healthy and safe lifestyle. Countryside Inn is a beautifully designed, state of the art community with comfortable shared-companion, spacious studio apartments with kitchenettes and large private bathrooms.
Accommodations are ADA handicap accessible: Spacious studio units with kitchenette, sink, refrigerator and microwave; Private bathrooms with showers; individually controlled heat and air conditioning; Phone and cable hookups; Lounges with fireplace and activity areas; and emergency call system in both main living area and bathroom. Residents are encouraged to decorate and furnish their units.
Dining · Daily delicious & nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner are served to you at your table with in-between snacks. Catering services available and private dining with family and guests.
Services: RN Supervision and case management: 24 hour staffing assistance; pharmacy service with pharmacist review of medications; medication assistance, monitoring and administration; health monitoring; assistance with personal cares; weekly unit housekeeping; social and recreational activities; beauty and barber shop. Scheduled trips to medical appointments (restricted to 15 mile radius). Physical Facility: 24 hour security; smoke free environment; room sharing for spouses/partners; fireside lounge; outdoor patios; activity areas. Pets are welcome upon prior approval of administration and fee.
