Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services offers a skilled nursing facility with transitional care, Pioneer Inn a 10-unit assisted living center, Pioneer Haven an 8-unit memory care community, and Pioneer Villa a 20-unit independent living facility.
Pioneer Inn Assisted Living apartments provide the perfect blend of independence and support. We've designed the residence for individuals who require some assistance, but not full-time nursing support. The Pioneer Inn is attached to a nursing home with 24-hour nursing support and prescription assistance is available as needed. Daily scheduled activities and outing opportunities support our recreational programming, and our residents enjoy a supportive but independent lifestyle. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a private dining room daily. A kitchenette is also available in each apartment for independent use as well. Our unique continuum of care also provides a hospital, medical clinic, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, cardiac rehabilitation, and senior wellness programs within the same building.
Eligibility Requirements: Ages 62 and older and/or individuals deemed appropriate by the State of South Dakota for long-term care placement.
Payment Sources accepted are: self-payment, insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Veteran's Administration.
