Prairie Crossings is a Memory Care oriented assisted living facility licensed by the South Dakota Health Department. We provide home-style living including assistance with activities of daily living along with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a licensed dietitian consultant, 24 hour staffing and call system, a consulting pharmacist to manage prescriptions, and a licensed professional nurse overseeing resident wellness. We provide supervised prescription management, exercise and activity programs, spiritual activities and assistance with daily living activities.
Prairie Crossings is an age 55 community and operates under the provisions of the "Housing for Older Persons" section of the Fair Housing Act. All residents of this facility must be age 55 and older to qualify for occupancy and meet other qualifications under the Residency Requirements set forth in the Occupancy Agreement.
Resident and outpatient therapy is also offered.
