Interim Healthcare of the Black Hills is a Medicare/Medicaid certified Home Health Agency enabling people to stay in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. Services include providing skilled nursing, physical, and speech therapy, home health and personal care aide and homemaking assistance. We can also provide assistive devices such as personal response system and Med Ready pill dispensing unit.
We have been providing quality home health care improving peoples' lives since 1993. We are people you count on. Care you trust. We are locally owned and operated and strive to provide the highest quality home health care available in the Black Hills.
Staff are supervised by Registered Nurses and receive ongoing training to ensure competent and high quality care for our clientele. Employees are screened, bonded, have undergone background checks.
Eligibility is determined by need and varies greatly. An initial free in-home assessment visit will help determine the appropriateness and level of care needed. We accept self-payment, some types of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and Veteran's Administration.
