Sunset Manor Avera Health provides rehabilitation services of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Licensed nurses provide 24-hour care to individuals that may require a wide variety of services from skilled rehabilitation to comfort care. A licensed pharmacist is available 24 hours a day including holidays to ensure that each resident's pharmacological needs are met. We are licensed to provide Medicare and Medicaid services.
Sunset Manor provides assistance with daily living activities. Sunrise Villa offers a long term rehabilitative care program that provides specialized treatment for individuals who have sustained a brain injury. Additional levels of care include assisted living and rehabilitation.
