New Hope is a day program that provides support services for aging adults living at home. Services include advocacy, assistance with medical appointments, monthly monitoring of weight and blood pressure, bathing assistance, respite for primary caregivers. Activities are offered throughout the day including activities for physical activity, cognitive and spiritual activities as well as social opportunities. Staff are certified for CPR and First Aid.
