Avera Rosebud Country Care Center offers 24 hour skilled nursing care in our state licensed and Medicare approved Healthcare Facility under the direction of our licensed Administrator. We welcome our residents as well as the community into our comfortable, homelike environment. We offer private and semi private accommodations.
A licensed nurse is on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week and our medical director is involved in the daily operations of our facility.
We encourage our residents to participate in a variety of activities to include outings and events. These activities are planned to meet each residents, spiritual, recreational and social needs.
