Interim Health Care has provided dependable and dedicated quality home care based services for the past 24 years. We provide both non-medical and medical services to assist individuals to remain independent and safely at home.
Services include companion/homemakers and home health aides providing transportation, errands, meal preparation, shopping, social interaction, housekeeping and many other tasks. The home health aide provides assistance with bathing, dressing, transfers, exercises, toileting and medication reminders. All services have RN oversight and change with the needs of the consumer, including the determination if services provided would qualify for Medicare coverage. Staff are trained and supervised by an RN with collaboration of other health care professionals as deemed appropriate. Needs assessments, care plans, medication set-ups and education, disease management, treatments, wound management and others. Therapies are provided: Physical, Occupational and Speech along with Social Work.
All ages are eligible and we accept Medicare, Medicaid, VA, most Major Insurance, Private Pay.
