High Prairie Retirement Home, Inc. is a small family style assisted living home. Our staff has had background checks upon employment. Services are provided under the direction of an RN and certified nursing assistant. All staff have been medication trained and a ServSafe trained staff member is always on duty. We complete an evaluation of each potential resident to see if he/she is appropriate for this home.
