The TLC Assisted Living Home offers a licensed 16 bed facility with trained staff to serve your individual needs. We are licensed for the following: therapeutic diets, dependent on supplement oxygen, physically impaired, cognitively impaired, residents incapable of self preservation and prescription management. We have two or more staff on 24 hours a day.
Our mission is to provide residents with outstanding care and the security of knowing their needs will be met, but above all, we respect the freedom, privacy and dignity our residents have earned and graciously deserve. We offer assistance with activities of daily living. A nurse is on staff and area doctors make house visits.
Enjoy a relaxing evening in our living room in front of the cozy fireplace or watch your favorite program on television. Residents play cards, attend church services if they prefer, monthly crafts, bingo, and visiting with friends and family.
We accept Medicaid, VA, private insurance and pay. To be eligible, a doctor's evaluation and an assessment are completed to determine needs.
