Edgewood Prairie Crossings is an assisted living facility licensed with the South Dakota Health Department. We provide home-style living, including assistance with activities of daily living along with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have a licensed dietitian consultant, 24 hour staffing and call system, a consulting pharmacist to manage prescriptions, and a licensed professional nurse overseeing resident wellness. We provide supervised prescription management, exercise and activity programs, and spiritual activities.
Edgewood Prairie Crossings is an age 60 community and operates under the provisions of the "Housing for Older Persons" Section of the Fair Housing Act. All residents of this facility must be age 60 and older to qualify for occupancy and meet other qualifications under the Residency Requirements set forth in the Occupancy Agreement.
Payment Sources are self-payment, insurance accepted, Medicaid, and Veterans Administration.
