Avera Gregory Hospital Homecare is a dept of the Avera Hospital - Gregory and provides gospel centered quality care with love, compassion and respect, and is dedicated to meeting the holistic needs of our clients and families. We have a complete caring team of professionals including RN's and certified nursing assistants to provide such services as (nursing) physical assessment, medication set up and monitoring, providing patient advocacy, and diabetic care among other services. We provide personal care such as bathing and hair washing, skin and nail care, assistance with activities of daily living and assistance with range of motion and transfers. We also provide general housekeeping, chores including dishes, laundry, dust/vacuum, cleaning kitchens and bathroom, simple meal preparation and occasional respite care.
Eligibility Requirements: All are eligible on a private pay basis. Most of our clients are over 65, but not restricted to this if there is a need such as a disability.
