Meadows on Sycamore Assisted Living is a full-service assisted living facility licensed by the South Dakota Department of Health. We provide a comfortable, home-style living environment on a campus that includes three buildings in a quiet neighborhood in Sioux Falls. We provide assistance with activities of daily living, including medication management. A licensed dietitian consultant and a consultant pharmacist work with our nurses and care staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. We also offer dementia care in a secure facility with state-of-the-art door alarms. Our activities program features exercise, games, crafts, spiritual activities and outings. Payment sources are self-payment, Medicaid and long-term care insurance programs.
