Description:
We are an assisted living with prescription management, assistance with Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADLS), therapeutic diets, and dietitian services. All rooms are in an apartment setting with staff available 24 hours a day. There are pendant and call station in restrooms. We accept private pay and Medicaid.
Must be 55 or older and have a physician's order stating the person is in reasonably good health, and appropriate for assisted living level of care.
Grandview is in the same campus with Diamond Care Center, a skilled nursing facility. and is affiliated with Diamond Care / Tealwood.
