Skilled nursing facility providing long term care, rehab, outpatient rehab therapy, respite care, memory and behavior programs. Rehabilitation therapies offered include: physical, occupational and speech. We offer restorative therapy, special diets, IV therapy, oxygen therapy, and comprehensive nursing care.
We also provide rental houses for independent seniors age 55 plus. The homes have been remodeled to ensure they are senior friendly (grab bars, ramp entrance). Support services (assistance with daily living activities, call system) also provided for an additional fee, if needed.
Rent includes 24 hour maintenance service, water, sewer, and garbage. All other utilities provided @ renters expense. Houses are located on the Bethany Lutheran Home campus on the 1900 block of South Holly Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD.
In addition to a 7-day a week activities program to meet social, recreational, intellectual, and entertainment needs of our residents, we employ a full-time chaplain to meet the spiritual needs of those we serve through individual and group programs.
Private & semi-private rooms, housekeeping, activities, nursing and therapy services. Internet, cable TV, phone, common areas & family dining and living areas.
We are Medicaid, Medicare and Veterans Administration certified. We are also an approved provider for many Medicare replacement and long-term care insurance companies.
