Special features are included as part of the basic monthly unit rental rate. Call systems and security systems, daily buffet style noon lunch, utilities (except telephone), bi-weekly assistance with activities of daily living, religious services, social activities, and cable TV.
Other features are entrance security, elevator, recreation and craft room, smoke detector in each apartment, laundry facilities, library, pool table, exercise room with whirlpool tub, and a chapel for religious services. Services must be paid through private pay.
Those that are eligible must be 62 years or older, able to live independently in an apartment.
