An application must be made to the Codington County Welfare Office by each adult requesting services. If married, one application will suffice for the couple.
Information you will need to bring with you include: 1. Photo ID and social security cards for all members of the household; 2. Two months wage/income verification; 3. For utility requests you will need your disconnect notice; 4. For rent requests you will need a copy of your rental/lease agreement; and 5. A copy of tax return.
