Senior Companions are adults age 55 years and older who provide in-home assistance and companionship to others, at no cost to the person receiving the assistance, who are in need of help to live independently. Activities include: companionship, playing games/cards, assisting with shopping, running errands, assistance to doctor appointments, being present while individual bathes, helping with reminders, assisting in preparation of lunch/dinner, and light housekeeping.
