Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS/BH) provides the following services: budgeting, financial counseling, housing counseling, Debt Management Program, homebuyer education, financial and credit education, bankruptcy counseling and education. CCCS has served Western SD for over 40 years, is a United Way agency, a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, accredited by the Council on Accreditation, a HUD approved housing counseling agency, an approved HERO education provider, a member of the Better Business Bureau. Approved by the EOUST to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Counselors and Educators are certified.
