Description:
Homes Are Possible (HAPI) provides up to $5,000 grants to eligible households needing repairs to keep the owner in the home. This includes foundation repair, doors, windows, roofing, plumbing, electrical or other major system repair or replacement.
This does not include tools, landscaping, curtains, blinds, appliance or water softeners or work to out-buildings. If in doubt contact the HAPI office. These grants are for owner/occupied homes only. Mobile homes are not eligible.
Anyone applying for a grant must be able to provide documentation of income. People must also meet income guidelines (available on the website).
