Description:
A Service Coordinator is available for Town Square residents who advocates and refers residents to various services that help them to safely live at home as long as possible. Section 8, tax credit is accepted. This is for the elderly and disabled population.
Town Square I must be 62 years of age and older or any person with a disability. Town Square II must be 55 years of age and older or any person with a disability.
Eligible residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income. Applicants may have assets, cash, savings, stocks, or annuities, etc… and may still qualify for housing!
