Garden Hills Assisted Living facility is a family owned home away from home for the residents we have living with us. We pride ourselves in providing high quality staff who are deeply committed to the health and happiness of our residents. We are licensed by the State of South Dakota for Assisted Living (#11051) and Hospice care. Our buildings are designed to meet the regulations of the SD Department of Health, the City of Spearfish & the Americans with Disabilities Act. We offer a variety of room sizes, individual rooms, private bathrooms and spacious closets all in a non-institutional setting.
Our services include: assistance with activities of daily living as needed/desired for safety; social activities specific to the resident's interests; state dietitian approved home cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks with special occasions celebrated; 24 hour awake staff; personal call button system; rooms equipped for phone and cable TV; supervision and assistance with prescription management by certified staff; weekly assessments by registered nurse; and fire sprinklers and smoke alarms. Our pleasant environment is intended for safe and happy long-term living.
