Care is available by professionals up to seven days a week. We will work with you, your family and your physician to customize a home health care plan that is right for you.
Services we offer include: skilled nursing care, home health aides for personal care, rehabilitation therapy (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), patient/family education, medication monitoring, diet consultation, and telemonitoring.
HEARTH (Helping Elderly Adults Remain in Their Homes) is a program to provide support services including in-home assistance with personal care and hygiene, baking and meal preparation, housekeeping and laundry, errands and shopping, and more. Care providers include licensed nurses, personal care assistants, and homemakers.
We have been Medicare-certified since 1985. We accept self-payment, insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Veterans Administration. We cover Brookings county and the surrounding area up to a 30 mile radius of Brookings.
