Dakota Physical Therapy is a licensed home health service that offers skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy & speech therapy services. There is a nurse on call 24-hours a day. Services include physical assessment, personal care, prescription and pain management, catheter or ostomy care, wound care, injections, infusions, lab draws, therapeutic exercises, balance training, orthopedic pediatric & geriatric rehabilitation. Dakota Physical Therapy works with your physician to develop a treatment plan and goals to fit your needs. A patient must need skilled nursing and/or therapy services.
Also work with patients private insurance, Veteran's Administration program benefits, workman's compensation or a private pay method of payment for services.
We are the only privately owned Medicare Certified Home Health Care provider in the Mitchell area, offering the same therapy services listed above, as well as skilled nursing services in the home setting to qualified individuals.
Dakota Physical Therapy also offers DPT Home Care and Cleaning, a private homemaking, home care, and private duty nursing service.
