Dells Nursing & Rehab Center is a
skilled nursing facility that provides quality nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living. In addition, a restorative department provides rehabilitation services under the direction of our consultant Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy. Specialized diets are available through our dietary department. An activity schedule is provided routinely six days a week. In addition, outings, weekend and evening activities are offered for resident enjoyment.
Payment sources accepted include self-payment, insurance, Medicaid, County, and the Veterans Administration.
