Dow Rummel offers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing home care. Our independent living options are spacious and offer lots of room for storage but are still priced to meet most incomes. One and two bedroom, one bedroom with a den and two bedroom with a den, and studio apartments are available. The monthly fee includes a wellness membership, bi-weekly housekeeping, continental breakfast, most utilities, home maintenance, and 24 staff emergency assistance.
The assisted living center offers 24/7 professional nurses and staff to provide prescription management and coordinate necessary therapy or appointments. Staff are ready to assist residents with daily needs. Residents are able to maintain an active lifestyle by participating in exercise classes and activities. Local telephone service and utilities are included in the monthly service fee. Level of care is determined through a pre-admission health assessment.
Our Memory Care Center offers services devoted to those with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The objective of this center is to provide a place of tranquility and serenity, a place with a sense of stability, security and continuity where family and friends are welcome to visit. The Memory Care Center is secure with private and semi-private rooms, a living room and dining room and an enclosed Courtyard.
The Health Care Center is our skilled nursing home. The nursing staff and restorative staff, along with the dietitian consultant and therapists, provide continuing compassionate, quality care. Provision of health services are an option available to all Dow Rummel residents. Some of the services offered include medication set up and reminders, doctor appointment and errand escorts, companion care and care needs support. Membership in to our wellness center with land and water classes is included for all residents.
Everyone needs a break. Respite care offers caregivers a temporary rest while having peace of mind that their loved one receives quality care in a safe environment. Following an assessment, a care program will be developed for you or your loved one with end goals in mind. Support and strengthen your ability to be a caregiver to your loved one – call us.
