Community Health provides services such as nutritional counseling and general office services such as blood pressure, hemoglobin, and toenail care. Fees vary based on service provided.
Immunizations are provided for a variety of illnesses and diseases, along with information about the recommended adult, adolescent and childhood immunizations. Immunizations are provided to children from birth to age 18.
