Sanford Medical Center's SIGH: Stepping Into Good Health is free foot care for the underserved (poor and homeless), blood pressure screening, and blood sugar screening.
RNs available for health related questions, and health education and referral. Foot assessments, toenail clipping, grinding of thick toenails and buffering corns and calluses. Lotion massage and foot wash, as well as a free pair of new socks.
This is a walk-in clinic with no appointment required. The clinic is held on the second floor of the County Health and Human Services Building, 521 N. Main. All services are free to eligible adults.
Open Mondays and Tuesdays. Appointments are recommended.
