Description:
The Veteran's Administration Sioux Falls Intermediate Low Vision Clinic provides rehabilitation services to Veterans who are visually impaired.
Veterans who come through the clinic have typically been diagnosed with diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment and stroke.
The clinic provides a comprehensive eye exam, magnifier and/or assistive technology prescription and training, daily living skills training and education about the VA benefits and community resources.
