South Dakota Parent Connection connects families caring for children/youth (birth to 26) with disabilities or special health needs to information, training, and resources in an environment of support, hope, and respect.
Services and materials are provided to families without cost. SD Parent Connection is able to support and assist parents across the state in their efforts to ensure the health, education, and other special needs of their children with disabilities or special health needs are met.
