Description:
The Manor is an assisted living facility. It is licensed for individuals with cognitive impairments and accepts residents with mild to intermediate dementia. Services include: breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily (regular diet only), assistance with activities of daily living, RN services including prescription management, monthly vitals, coordinating health care, regular health assessments and other basic treatments, exercise and afternoon programs, and paid utilities. Residents use personal help button for assistance. Wellness monitoring and telehealth also offered. 24-hour trained staff seven days a week. Weekly Christian worship service and devotions are available as well.
Individuals must be 55 and older. Good Samaritan Society Echo Ridge is a private pay facility. We accept self-payment and insurance. Echo Ridge is wheelchair accessible, including lifts on our bus, elevators, and wide automatic doors. Home health services may be available in the Rapid City area.
