The Sioux Falls Center is a skilled nursing facility. We have a sub-acute rehab unit and a long term care unit. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy -- inpatient and
out-patient.
The Sioux Falls Center has a beautiful solarium that offers our residents a wonderful view of the city. The center has been serving the community since 1935, and we are proud of
our caring staff who consistently go above and beyond to make every day special for residents.
Our residents are cherished--each cared for in a way that suits their own physical, emotional and spiritual needs. And recognizing that in each of us, there is a friend to be made, a story to be told and wisdom to be learned from someone who deserves to feel loved, valued and treated with dignity, even if they need help doing the most basic of things.
Anyone requiring 24-hour nursing care is eligible, as long as your needs can be met in accordance with state/federal regulations regarding care, facility policies, fiscal resources, and staffing levels, qualifications, training and skills, and who would not endanger the health, safety or rights of other residents.
We have staff who can communicate in Russian and Bosnian.
